It’s 75 degrees here in GA. Atlanta set a record Thursday - 79. This is not normal! After Thanksgiving lows will be in the 20s.

I see that you’re Danish. My husband’s grandfather was born in Copenhagen. He came to the U.S. as a teenager. (He never lost his Danish accent!) My husband was lucky enough to visit Denmark a few years ago.

You are a mushroom gourmet! You know much more than I do about all the different varieties. I do know that mushrooms are healthy and low in calories. Yes, I’m a huge supporter of Ukraine. The people there have suffered tremendously, yet they continue to fight to regain their freedom.

Fried mushrooms have a crunchy batter and are usually deep fried in oil. Sautéed mushrooms are cooked in butter and have no coating. I love mushrooms however they’re prepared!
