My wife is Dutch living in the U. S. You should get that perspective as well. She also has a few Dutch colleagues here. We are considering leaving and moving to The Netherlands.

The goal now is not winning. The goal now is to teach, implement, correct, create chemistry and improve. I don't know why people are clueless to the concept of process. I coached volleyball for 30 years. Off-season is for teaching and experimenting so when it's time to compete you know what to do.

Thanks for your opinion. It was a legitimate question but sarcasm was noted. I coached collegiate volleyball for 30 years. As a coaching staff we were responsible for recruiting and bringing in new players. So...did the coaches have that responsibility? (Was Rudolph the plan?) Or front office. 🤔

Brooke - I mentioned to a friend the other day that these Steeler problems started because they did not have a succession plan after Ben. (That is my opinion). Is that more of a front office failure or a coaching failure? Who's responsibility was that?
