The concept of a lack of natural meaning in life that defines Nihilism is, in my opinion, a perspective equivalent to admitting defeat. The objective fact of a round Earth was unknown for centuries, but it's objectivity was unchanged. We don't know enough to know for sure that life is meaningless.

I want to see the style from 1800s British writings make a comeback. I think the "dullness" that a lot of people complain about would be great for a Psycho-philosophical horror thing. While I am working on something of exactly that style, I would love to read works by other people that do the same!!

I believe that one of the greatest tragedies of our time is that so many people have simply given up on trying to change the world for the better. The "nothing I can do" mentality has slowed human rights progress monumentally. We're so far away from a better world when we don't even have to be.
