Below, I humbly submit 12 main types of scientific papers on food, agriculture, land, & natural climate solutions (inspired by the amazing @xkcd.com). #FoodStudies 🧪

Here are some highly technical results, good luck understanding them 6. Counting up carbon in trees, plants, and soils 7. Technology is good 8. Technology is bad 9. Great result in a specific place and context! But headlines will make it seem applicable everywhere 10. People are counting stuff wrong, here is a more right but more complicated solution 11. Let's put more nature on farms 12. Let's put less farms in nature
