Legit! Most of the books and movies people have said are the “scariest” out there don’t frighten me one bit. It’s just not my kind of scare.

And in that same vein, for instance, the movie that scared me the most, people find hilarious. So it’s so personal.

Oooh 👀 Plot twists are so fun! I absolutely feel though. I’m doing my own version of #NovNov — not really to hit the 50k in 30 days but to wrap up some parts of my WIP. I’m glad that folks are using the month for whatever they need to work on!

There are a bunch of alternatives that have taken over as a replacement this year: Novel November, First Draft Fall, NaNo 2.0, etc.

Novel November actually has a website very similar to the old NaNo one where you can track your word count and join forums!

I love ginger beer! I usually make an autumn drink with it, mixed with apple cider and orange juice and some cinnamon sticks and star anise. It's soooo good!
