I'm in Germany, and just a short while ago was sorting through a pile of older jackets & coats I no longer wear to decide which to get rid of. Checking the pockets, THIS came out!

We have a growing problem with an understanding and acceptance of .. & valuing of ... art.
Art (and music) being cut out of so many public school programs played & continues to play a role in this. Culture thrives, advances, & expands hand in hand with education within which it exists.
