So I started unplugging—literally. Left the noise behind, drove to a trailhead, and let the forest debug my nervous system. Birds don’t tweet. Rivers don’t care about likes. And AI? It’ll wait.

I used to wake up and scroll straight into despair: climate news, algorithm-driven outrage, AI doom, rising temps, vanishing species. Repeat. That’s when I realized: I didn’t need another app. I needed a tree.
