Growing with starter packs is not the best, long term

People following 150 other people with a click of a button doesn't mean they are interested in you and your content, so they might engage less than someone who clicks a button to follow YOU!

On the ex bird app, I lost 30 followers in the last 24 hours (there's a bot purge)

Here, I gained 60 in the last 24 hours

If the pace continues, in 25 days, I'll have 0 followers 🤪 there and 2.3 k here 🫡

If yes, click ok the blue button below "Verify DNS record". It should give you a confirmation message "Domain Verified".

Click the Update to your domain blue button (in my case "Update to dorian.blue")

These 3 lines/values must be entered on Namecheap in your DNS management area.

So go back to Namecheap dashboard, click "Manage" button near your chosen domain.

Select advanced DNS tab, scroll and click " add new record" (a red link see photo)

In the settings menu, scroll down and click on the "Change Handle" option. On the page that opens click the link I have my own domain.

Enter the domain name (like dorian.blue) and on the tab DNS panel you have some information, 3 lines:

Host:
_atproto

Type:
TXT

Value: hshs_random_string_hhs878

First, you need to own a domain or to buy one (like a .com .org etc)

Namecheap is a great domain provider, and they sell .blue domains like dorian.blue (appropriate for this app)

Then you go click on settings from the menu on the 🦋 app.
