It might not be much in the grand scheme of things, but gathering with like minded folks that are as pissed off as you are and lifting up in one united voice our dismay and fear and anger…well, it felt good. It felt right. And I’ll keep doing it.

As a vocalist, I’m familiar with that awful awkward silence when the tracks don’t kick in. I would never wish that moment on anyone except for Carrie Underwood today. Shout out to the sound guy 😂😂
