If anyone wants to, I'd look into 5calls. It's basically a way to help get you started with how to contact your representative to speak out against what's going on in the world. I know it may not feel like much but it's something for sure.

ugh friends I know I'm not alone in this but I'm not doing well mentally these days. Like it feels like at every corner there's bad news. I've been trying to keep myself busy but it feels weird just trying to distract myself while the world is falling apart....
