While Dunn's DC jury sympathized w/ his anti-Trump conduct, Rosenberg's jury was not allowed to hear evidence of the cruelty from which she rescued chickens and, as meat eaters themselves, were not disposed to be sympathetic. The cases show the limits of nullification. More in the blog post.👇
