These were laced for a friend's daughter, first with regular Checkerboard (which came out too sparse), then with Dense Checker. White sneakers with black trim laced with green, yellow & red combination of “Half & Half Lacing” and “Loop Back Lacing” (from Piotrek R.) Shifting the loop-backs off-center creates this angled pattern.

I just finished OPUS, and wow. Ayo Edebiri BROUGHT IT. It's pretty hard to steal the focus from John Malkovich but she took every scene. Which (spoiler), as it turns out, was the whole point.

10/10, will definitely add this to the eternal rewatch lineup

Some of y'all didn't learn a damn thing from the whole Cambridge Analytica fiasco and it reeeeeeeeeeeeally shows.

Nebraska may go bankrupt" -- the post goes on to make a number of eye-rollingly ridiculous claims, including that Nebraska's migrant farmers have fled the state en masse (no they haven't); Chinese tariffs on US soybeans will cost Nebraska SPECIFICALLY $2B (no they won't); Nebraska is facing a loss of $15B of sales revenue + $350M loss from their tax base (no they aren't, and no! they! aren't!); and that Pillen has gone begging for help from Trump (no, he hasn't).
