1. If a player enters the portal & the coach does not want them to leave then the school who the player is transferring to has to negotiate a transfer fee to pay the school that the developed the players.

@ralphdrussoath.bsky.social as a die hard Zips fan I do appreciate the shout out on the pod for the win against Buffalo, but that was the second FBS win of the season for the Zips. They also beat Central Michigan.
