Well- now i'm glad you said something. I found an error in my code that had h2h prioritized over GD and GF in europe... WOOPS

Now that you mention it, I accidentally didn't have the Iceland-Ukraine last game modeled as neutral-site, so it's now up to about 9% chance Iceland finishes second in the group. Very not-impossible
