Delighted to see that SRL is still around and kicking. I had one of the VCR tapes back in the ‘90’s and was thrilled with their work.

The problem is that this board has also voted Elon a $56 Billion bonus (which was knocked down in court). So they have a history of ignoring their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders to enrich their liege. This makes the odds of them firing him *really* low.

It's not enough for him to resign from Tesla. If the board wishes to save the company, they *must* FIRE him as CEO and a board member. Otherwise, it will just look like they are only being expedient, and not truly attempting to put the company on the path to positive change.

The principles of Space Law have been under discussion for several decades. It's just that nearly all of the entities with the means to go into space have either ignored, or explicitly stated that they have no intention of adhering to those principles.
