I finished Star Crossed World in about half a day and while the new levels were designed well the final boss was so disappointing that it soured my experience. I hate to say it but I honestly feel like I shouldn't have gotten the expansion

As much as I hate to say it, it wasn't "recently" but it's actually been a relatively long time. When Sonic X aired in the US in 2003 Sonic was 12 years old, it's been about 22 years since then. It's been a part of Sonic for much longer than it hasn't.
you ever think about how "gotta go fast" in relation to sonic the hedgehog was entirely invented by 4kids for the english opening of sonic x and isnt something the character ever thought or said until recently. its like if one piece luffy at some point started quoting the pirate rap as a catchphrase

I've been really busy recently but I was able to secure a Switch 2 preorder. I know a lot of people weren't able to get one but I hope Nintendo sees the demand and ups production enough to soften shortages.
