Thanks, AI Drive-By, I do appreciate your implicit suggestion that at 3.4g/cm³, hummus is denser than aluminium

My watch claims that I've taken 126,312 steps this weekend, and, because it doesn't have a concept of "dancing", thinks I've.. walked? run? 121.7km. I think that's a pretty decent weekend's raving, at any rate.

DJ questions to the audience are like barristers: only ask questions when you're sure you know what the answer will be, or it goes bad.
"Are you ready?!" - Nah mate just popping to the bar first
"Do you want some MORE?" - Not of this stuff, no, we preferred the earlier part of the set

DJs yelling at you to do stuff is much less annoying when they give you a reason:

“Make some noise!” - Play some music you wanker

“Make some noise for the site crew!” - hell yeah, great work folks

“Put your hands in the air!” - why?

“Put your hands up for Detroit” - yes sir absolutely sir

People say I’m hard to please but honestly all I need is a big room with space to dance, some giant fucking lasers, and, once in a while, someone to drop “The Prophet” by CJ Bolland

Slightly disappointed that Phil Hartnoll is on the lineup under his own name and not as eg “North Circular”

Also from last night: a protest from pressure group “Just Use Oil”.

An act we wanted to see was replaced at the last minute by Altern-8, whose oeuvre I adore but whose last few live acts have been.. spotty? Anyway the other room had someone billed simply as “Farrah” who was just non stop awesome.

Hello I am in the very silly place again. They are apparently removing someone’s brain onstage beneath the flying saucer and replacing it with an ALIEN BRAIN which has an amen break instead of brainwaves.

Saw Hamlet at the NT and the stand-out performance turned out to be Claudius, played by yer man who was the headmaster in Sex Education

Have to say I’m not a huge fan of the govt policy of making peoples’ backups less secure

Lots of people are dunking on the “Nobody knows what magnets are” business but none of them are providing a concise explanation of the spin statistics theorem.

I made the mistake of doing a headcount out loud on a small hike last night and realised my mistake as I reached 5.

I went for the slightly sarcastic “very good, come on, let’s go” but last time I was in that particular interaction I was one of the feral teenagers.
I normally ignore it but the kids were driving me mad doing it whilst I was counting them on a recent school trip. They have no idea how stressful trips are.

"Sorry, we left Tom behind because the other kids thought it was the height of comedy to say 6-7 as I was counting them on to the bus."

The tale of Mister Bone Saw Meets The Thermocline Of Truth is every bit as distasteful as you would expect
NEW: The End of the Line: the centrepiece of Saudi Arabia’s Neom gigaproject - a 500m tall, 170km long wall-like building intended ultimately to house 9 million people - can’t get out of the ground, say more than 20 former Neom architects, engineers and senior executives.

Get you a clothing brand that shares their process and their Processing
Some process: I created some hexagon elements in illustrator. Imported them into processing. Then plotted them out randomly selecting elements and setting the fills/stroke at each location. This creates many patterns that are algorithmically the same but visually different

Game of Wool is great but honestly if you just did a show called Tom Daley Wears Things that would probably be a hit in itself?
