Now I’m considering whether to pickup the Dragon Quest I & II remake for the switch. Turn based games have been a good comfort spot for me lately.

Followed this by watching Grinch, Rudolph, and Frosty while getting the (artificial) tree up and replacing like 50 dead bulbs successfully. Lesson learned, if you see a bad bulb, replace immediatly, don’t let the extra load destroy the whole string!

I’m not sure I’m young and tortured enough to love it like I did when I saw it the first time. I still agree… good stuff.

These were the best! Loved the OG live action TMNT movies! Practical effects, good humor, and heads that don’t remind me of the Goombas from the super mario bros movie.

These little velcro ties are great for organizing cabling. Use leftovers to bundle up assorted cables you have floating around as well. I always have these handy along with some zip ties and a cheap brother p-touch label maker (AC adapters get labels to match with the device they are used with).

So yeah, I spent about 4 hours on sunday just scooping around a tub of random lego trying to build a police station set from the 80s.

I miss the era of cable when set top boxes didn’t take like 5-10 seconds to load the next channel. It was instant. It was glorious to quickly smash through all 60-ish channels.

Oh, I just played this for the first time recently. Loved it. Kept things fun. Good choice!

Love these. I really want the NES ones too. Just something about the feel of the NES controllers that is hard to replicate on most modern gamepads.
