If you live on your own, no need to tell them! It is validating, I was undiagnosed until late 20's. Knew the whole dang time. The only thing I have done with that diagnosis is get ADHD meds. They only help a lil bit. I found learning things online about how to cope/explaining ADHD traits was helpful

Currently playing ff9 and it's amazing. A wonderful distraction from my breakup. Honestly the only thing keeping me sane rn

for aches and pains, I use a combo of ibuprofen and an herbal salve (arnica works so good for my tendonitis and knee pain - CBD doesn't work for me sadly!)
