Oh, it’s not locked at all. Lol. In portable the VRR smooths it out, and you do feel the added responsiveness. Dogtown drops the game into the low 20s though, both in the game’s Quality and Performance modes.

They may as well just leave it capped at 30. I doubt they’re going to spend the resources necessary to optimize this version in particular.

I imagine most people are having to cut back, and paying a minimum of $450 for the latest hardware isn’t in the budget.

I’ve gotten some enjoyment out of it. Granted, my expectations for a F2P mobile game are totally different than a full retail one.
