Airbnb is doing it for ages with price manipulation by adding hidden fees.
…but bad habits contagious.
Got a promo with a good hotel discount price, went to the last step and price is almost doubled once all hidden fees applied.
It is so sad to have dodgy practices as a norm. 🤦♂️

Bing Image Creator is truly amazing 🤩 I’ve been testing some ideas and generated images looks stunning! Once Microsoft allows commercial use it will be a game changer for small businesses with the access to design tools that can save money and time. #legalbattlefirst

1/ I saw this post earlier today and it was a great reminder on how micromanagement can destroy everything. I’ve been wearing these shoes before and it is causing absolutely the same problems for development team.

🤖It is not possible to contact companies these days. Dummy AI chat bots integrated everywhere and cannot answer a single question or redirect to customer support department.
I was always wondering is someone being promoted for reducing call center calls to 0 due to AI chat bot incompetence? 🤔

3/ It would be nice to avoid it in first place (like splitting into multiple tests) but with some edge cases instead of using 5 or 9 in tests - math operations can be helpful to bring some clarity about actual test case scenario.

2/ It took some time for me to go through test’s logic as this test was originally created by a different team.
It is a common practice to define constant as math operations. I think the most common use case when defining time / date constants and occasionally with huge or tiny numbers.

🤯 Sometimes it feels that globalization is getting out of control. Still hard to believe that it’s cheaper and easier for companies to deliver fresh berries from Argentina to Ireland and not been able to source them locally (from neighboring countries).
