His point that people will need to face a tragedy to be convinced is not exactly the way to go about it (neither is shouting or shaming). There have been studies on vaccine hesitant folks - the solutions are not one size fits all. It can involve having chats abt the root causes of that hesitancy

I asked to have the split ends or the "dry bits" trimmed off, thinking it would be about 5cm or 2 inches at most. My lesson learned for next time is be more specific and show the hairdresser what I mean to avoid any future heartbreak 😭
