when we were having trouble, i came to the people of Bluesky to recruit just even one last-minute artist. and so many people came to our aid that i had to start turning volunteers away!

now they're all finally done, and our friends in Palestine couldn't be happier.

some people asked for drawings of cartoon characters. some asked to have their homes back, their toys, their families. and some described detailed political pieces they wanted to see come to life.

we spent months looking for the artists that could do that.

we have no set-in-stone plans for our next event, but we really appreciate everyone who trusted us enough to hop in despite that. we won't let you down!

d4p admin here! it's in the most recent #announcements post. do note though that this CTA was actually a bigger success than i thought and a few artists have jumped into the boat now! that means i might end up needing to decline future volunteers (playing by ear for the next few days though)
