Even when in "the zone", I have a hard time staying focused on an art project for more than a couple of hours. I've just realized that the "brain muscles" are like any other muscle - exercise regularly, push a little harder, and next time you'll be able to do more.

I do not recall reading such poetry that so consistently brings me to tears. Braiding Sweetgrass, read by the author Robin Wall Kimmerer, is the truest love story I've ever heard. I hope one day that I may grow to love anything as much as she loves everything.

Calling all pen/ink/brush artists: please recommend videos/tutorials for how to use a brush pen. I really want to use them for art and/or writing, but I feel like I could fill an entire practice book before I learned how to use it.
