I like it - if you carefully curate your feed it can be really good. I always thought I'd never use it but started about 6 months ago and haven't looked back!

Very anxious, but at least psychologist convinced her not to do it pre-therapy ending and give some suppirt for 6 months 🤷🏼♀️

No, definitely not - we almost just had a normal lesson but agreed we might as well go ahead with the mock test but just be aware that I'm not completely myself - but went through what's going on and there's nothing which would've impaired all-important safety.

Thanks, it was ok - we talked about it and agreed it was fine to go ahead. I didn't take any sedating/judgement impairing meds or anything in the run up, so it was safe, my anxiety was just closer to the surface.

I'm going to work until I finish my plan or it gets to 3pm, whichever is sooner, then I'm going for a nap!

I hope it goes better than expected! I've panicked at all my mandatory training but, like Cally, it has all gone smoothly with nice trainers - wishing the same for you x
