I'm not too familiar with EA. I don't really use their app so I'm not too familiar 😞

If you're playing a game on steam, it should let you know what requirements you need. Hopefully upgrading your drivers helps. If not, there's another website that you can go to and it'll tell you if you can run a game or not. I used to use it before I upgraded my graphics card

You can update all of your drivers in your PC. If you have the Nvidia app on your computer it should let you know when they release new drivers
