How is this even possible? The Grand Paris Express is building 120 new miles of track and 68 new stations for $40B. On a fully grade separated, driverless, automated metro!!! In what universe does it cost us $20B to build 9 new stations with 7.7 miles of new track, with worse technology?!

Love and appreciate the hard work you put into bringing this to life. Incredibly exciting to see the success of the 2 Line so far, and it’s such conclusive proof that great TOD can drive very significant improvements in ridership. Downtown Redmond station beating Downtown Bellevue is awesome.

Denny Way not getting any bus lanes during the repaving is genuinely the biggest missed opportunity ever. They barely even made any improvements to the street for pedestrians. It still sucks to cross, and the 8 will still be perpetually late.

As a young person, I agree with you Robin!! Old people everywhere are trying their best to protect our democracy and they should have every right to be engaged. Young people in my generation honestly need to step it up and be more involved. Our turnout is nowhere near the 65+ voter turnout.
