This year's fest is a Donzoko all timer. Smooooth malt, subtle strawberry, crisper than an autumn walk by the quayside. We made an absolute load so it should be available lots of places.

Hard pour a bit to make some foam, leave it a couple mins, slowly top up to the brim, leave it 20s then slowly top up a little more
