It isn’t hard to break the law if you don’t have a problem with criminality

When will we get a Splatoon Raiders update?

But I’m for an age cap. We have a minimum.

💯 👏on finance reform and other efforts to address corruption. But I’m a no on term limits. We have them…. voting. It’s the people that need to vote and do it smarter. We have term limits in CA and there are negative consequences we see here. It isn’t worth it. It’s a boost to lobbyist influence

Not for me. Have a great day.

But yet he keeps getting elected. So, his constituents don’t seem to mind. What does that say about them…

Not bad if they look nice in character with a site and neighborhood. Several aren’t built that way.

Corporate networks don’t want to offend the administration to avoid being a target. Independent media is the future

I share your desire to open up more units to first time buyers. We agree on that. Good chat

Without changes to prioritize first time home owners and owner occupy, i just see more big companies buying supply like we have seen, jacking up cost to rent market rate or higher. Bigger issue is developers passing on building apartments. It’s best to just build more to bring costs down

being a landlord may generate income but it’s a pita.
July 12, 2025 at 10:54 PM
Landlords can be sued. There are housing protections laws. I just don’t see an issue imo
July 12, 2025 at 10:51 PM
Let’s agree to disagree. I’ve been a landlord a couple years. If I had to rent to anyone, I would have sold it. You’d just see more condos and less rental options.

If someone smashes walls and flood floors, they can rent a tent in a park.
July 12, 2025 at 10:47 PM
A deposit covers wear and tear, not intentional damage or unpaid rent. If a landlord can’t consider history, they could take avoidable liability and cost burden. It’s a disincentive to rent. If someone has a history of car crashes, a rental co. should be able to consider that for the same reasons.
July 12, 2025 at 10:42 PM
n the flip side, there are bad tenants. People should pay rent and treat rentals respectfully. If people have a bad rental history, you don’t think a landlord should be able to consider it? I do. I could see this reducing supply of rentals with a shift to condos. We need both options
July 12, 2025 at 7:02 PM
Why. I don’t see it. I see downsides.
July 12, 2025 at 5:22 AM
It’s a good idea but I stop at only applying inclusionary in that scenario. If a developer is granted more property value with density bonus and concessions, the public should get something for it. A subsidy makes sense. Otherwise they will just build market rate and keep their gift
