You do it before you floss (and you should floss before you brush) it supposedly loosens your plaque or bacteria so you want to loosen them then flick them out

Bc u only need v little like 10 or 15ml to swish so it's v hard to control and pour out only 10ml from the wide brim. Ofc u can stick a spoon in but that risks contamination

Oil pulling means swishing around oil in your mother for 15mins. Apparently oil kills the bacteria in your mouth. Somehow it DOES make my mouth feel fresher and cleaner
