I think if a band can make something like Rumours, during that, they deserve all the success they have had. The Chain & Silver Springs are so good, but every track on it is a banger.

Anyone pursuing a centrist/moderate platform is unserious, and people want policies that matter to them; unfortunately “Trump Bad” isn’t a platform even if it’s true. It’s appeal to improving the material conditions of the working and middle class, or it’s another loss.

This is a hilarious take. Every Dem, Progressive and leftist I know here in Texas see the value in the campaign he ran. He’s wildly popular. Left populist platforms are the way to go with Dem campaigns if they want to win.

There is zero downside to Dems shifting further left. Moderates who lead the Dems enabled this administration. Left economic populism that focuses on the material conditions of the working & middle class needs to be item one, and the last few weeks have proven that;

Schumer is really hard at work believing his role is about keeping the status quo, which no longer exists. He set the precedent for this, and at every turn has whipped enough moderates to give concessions to the GOP that will never be returned.
