There's no way he'd show up to a game. No possible way. The chance of drunken people booing and chanting and throwing things is too great. I don't think he visits a single truly public outdoor sporting event again. Fake ufc fight doesn't count.

Speculation is that he has bad valves in the legs, that's chronic venous insufficiency. This is explained by the fluid build up in his ankles.

I've been wondering this myself. Why the hand? It makes no sense when there are other less obvious sites with easier access.
The only thing I can think of is the IV runs while he sleeps. When he's awake he doesn't want the bag on a pole visible to others.
