I get so tired of posts like this dude’s. The people criticizing this parade are generally people who have actually been involved in protest and direct action for years or decades. This is very much “if you think what’s happening in Gaza is so bad then go over there and fix it” energy

I think most of the people posting critiques have been involved in activism and direct action for years or decades. That’s why we are seeing this for what it is and what it isn’t.

They’re kind of surprisingly intuitive. Monday is just 月 for moon, Tuesday is 火 for fire, which makes sense bc I always want I light myself on fire on Tuesdays, etc etc
