Music rights in games! Never simple and always complicated. I can't wait to see how this shakes out as it would be a big miss from Sega if these allegations are true
Crush 40 musician Johnny Gioeli is suing SEGA over its use of the "Live and Learn" theme - alleging they only own the lyrics, not the recording, that he was paid $3,000 for it, and was unaware it had been included in 25+ games.
