Lego Titanic progress
Had my knee follow up today. Dr was amazed I’m 3 days shy of a month but my progress is at the 3 month mark. Now the bad took X-rays of my right knee and it’s actually more damaged then my left one was. I’m not having pain in it like I did the left but it needs replaced too.

Got to the gym and did a recumbent bike and elliptical. Took it slow and short but it’s a start. New knee is happy 😆

Each walk I’m gaining more time. This is the 1st day I am wearing regular pants 🤣

Added another block to my walk this morning. Feels damn good to get moving again. My 1st solo walk, I just had to promise to stay off the hills. Knee feels pretty good but the exercises they gave me is to strengthen my quad, that’s sore lol

Knee Update, I’ve been cleared to walk outside by myself as long as it’s flat and I can go to the gym but only do the recumbent bike and the elliptical.

I started my wood Viking Ship today. There is some plastic too. This model has a motor to make all the oars row and it lights up. It’s way more sophisticated than the other models I’ve done. I want to get this ship done before I move on to the LEGO Titanic. After that I have a pirate ship to build

Another great PT session. She took me for a 1/2 mile walk, I had my cane but she told me to only use it if I needed. I only had to use it walking through leaves on the sidewalk. My range of motion is getting better and I was able to bend my knees and kneel for the 1st time in over 2 years

In home PT went great today. I was able to ditch the walker for a cane. I’m almost 2 weeks ahead of the curve. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since the surgery
