As a resident of Florida I was perplexed when DeSantis signed this into law. There's already a 60% threshold for ballot initiatives to pass and now they've made it harder to get voter-led initiatives on the ballot by limiting the number of signatures any single person can collect to 25 max.

You are automatically cut-off from receiving SS benefit payments at age 115 regardless so it's impossible for someone age 150 to be getting checks.

It's becoming clear why Trump is attacking the Panama Canal. Trump owes millions of dollars in taxes to Panama City for his hotel there and millions more to the Panamanian Gov. for unpaid social security taxes. This is a pressure campaign to escape paying taxes.

Musk wasn't even born in the USA and maintains dual citizenship in Canada, South Africa, and the United States. He is not an elected official and has no business meddling in the workings of Congress.
