From what I understand, the tiredness is really typical when starting Qelbree - at least that was my experience. It should hopefully wear off relatively soon.

How long have you been on it? I took it for about 6mo and found the side effects from new dosing went away after a week or so.
That, and caffeine lasted longer. I used to be able to have a Coke with lunch, but that was keeping me up at night.

Sadly no.. first thing in the morning. I saw your comment about it not being head splitting. That’s a relief. I’ll pound back as much caffeine as I have to in order to keep going.

Yea.. that’s why I was curious. It seemed like people were getting horrible headaches and migraines from simply tapering down. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t make me anxious.
I appreciate your info. It gives me a better idea of what to expect.

Did it start when you tapered down, or just when you stopped completely? I’m on 400 going down to 200, then stopping.

It’s taking every ounce of energy I have not to reactivate Facebook to do the same.

Oof. That’s really rough. Qelbree has been pretty mild for me overall, fatigue/insomnia notwithstanding. Positive effects-wise, I am more motivated but don’t get that same hyper focus that Vyvanse gave me. I miss that.

How’d you do? I went from 200 to 400 last week and am combating horrible fatigue at 3pm and insomnia at 3am. 🙃

You make it through the horrible drowsiness at 3pm and insomnia at 3am? Currently there after going to 400mg.
