Referencing income is a little like wishful thinking. If you have a list pulled of high income earners, or people who live in areas with high median income, the hope is that that person has enough income to drop on your non-profit.

However, there's always the possibility that they won't donate.

I remember a plane crash from trump's 1st term with many Iranian Canadians on it. Americans didn't seem to care. Happy to be wrong as I could easily be biased.
