Avowed! Really amazing to see the Pillars world from this perspective and in such detail. The night shot is especially one where if I didn't know better I would think it was from a cutscene or something lol incredible stuff

Wish I had been taking screens as I went but here's some I grabbed from the web. The environments in this game are stunning, especially in motion with how the lighting interacts with the various moving elements.

Didn't buy too much this past weekend but I did pick up a little early me to me Christmas gift lol some pretty sick mobapad joycons for the switch I've had my eye on for a bit and heard folks talk up! You can switch the faceplate for other colors and the dpad type etc too!

All done! It ended up a chonky playthough at just shy of 40 hours but I had a great time with Professpr Layton vs Phoenix Wright, despite the length I thought the two halves did a really good job of mixing the experience up chapter to chapter. The 3d is still a great console to revisit too.

I should try and post more about what I'm playing/reading etc, be the change you want and all. Currently playing (for the first time) Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright and loving it, literally the best of both series!

Picked this up earlier off the back of the absolutely stunning cover. Not too far in yet but I love the synergy between the writer and artist, there's a very measured feel to the script that lets the art breath and creates a really strong melancholic vibe and a sense of weight to the text.
