Jack Schlossberg, Caroline Kennedy's son running for Congressional seat. He was interviewed on MSNBC. I think he needs to put some clothes on. Photo is from his BlueSky profile. In the interview his suit pants were rolled up, with boots. Maybe young folks will like it.

This paragraph on the CDC for FluView. Not being kept up to date. Trump never misses a chance to politicize. Dems need to learn from this - repeat their message everywhere!

Whatever happened to Joe Kennedy III? Retired early from House of Rep. He is now only 44. Did hear him speak on tv once, needed seasoning and not yet the charismatic speaker like John F Kennedy. He might be good going up against his uncle RFK Jr. Maybe he should run for the Senate.

So sad the way women are being treated in today's military. Celebrating a first - women permanently integrated on a combat ship - the Essex, 1999. No list readily available. Here is one, my daughter Kimberly Menner. Congrats Navy women!

Some saw him as a Robin Hood but he was very brutal. They never caught him. Photo of Poncho Villa below. This shows how Mexico has never been able to control bandits and now cartels. They allow the cartels to become powerful. 3/3

Has there been a change in Agriculture Dept. meat labeling? This is my 3 rd pkg of this Smithfield ham. 1st pkg beautiful - now they are full of fat. Does this look like 97% fat free to you? Same problem with deli ham from Sprouts. fatty 97% fat free meat.

This says it all. The Republican senators seem to fear Trump more than own constituents.

Democrats need to move to the middle, maybe even center right now if they want to win again. The country is moving to the right. This photo is from today's New York Times.

Just wondering how many schools used the covid money they were given to improve ventilation and filtration in their schools. Wanna bet if it went to sports departments instead. Just guessing here. We need new federal standards for this. Start with schools.

Anyone else watching Governor Andy Beshear of Kentucky? "from CNN’s David Axelrod to Politico’s Jonathan Martin think he has 2028 presidential potential: “attractive, young southern moderate, experienced governor, appeals to both R’s and D’s.”. Beshear is a centrist from red Kentucky.

Have to agree with this on Smerconish this morning (Sat).
This is what I said in my original post. Additionally Smerconish said, and I agree with, "Bernie and AOC - that face of the party - is too extreme to attract centrists.".
If Dems want to win elections they have to appeal to centrists.

Cursing because he lives in a Democrat county. Then people on line started fighting with each other. MAGA people still love Trump as much as always. Nothing has really changed very much. So much hate. Glad to be on Blue Sky - much calmer.

Churchill in his utility suit. Wore it over his clothes for siren raids.

This is a good assessment and something to think about. Also: Why did older baby boomers who were born shortly after WWII, many of whom had fathers that served in WWII, vote for Trump and seemingly are now willing to turn their backs on our allies?
