I defer to whoever’s in the know about validity of the pay disputes but from a woman’s perspective what I see is her picture at the top of all the news websites and her salary being talked about, so I’m a bit sceptical of the “it’s not about Sue Gray, it’s about pay in the adviser ranks” argument
