I looked it up and it's Dorothy Shea, who was ambassador to Lebanon '20-'23 and became Deputy Ambassador to the UN under Biden. But I guess she's towing the line for Trump now. Not sure how it works, if UN ambassadors make independent decisions or just carry out what their current government wants.

I was wondering that too....it must be a Trump appointed "acting Ambassador"
