I saw the first night of the full moon, it was as bright as a spotlight shining into my bedroom. since then, it has been too cloudy to see it, even though it did brighten the clouds enough to see the tree line.

Not really speedboats either since they have outboard motors. Not a threat to the US either as those outboards would have to refuel many times to reach the US coast. Just a little extrajudicial killing for kicks.
