Yeah it's actually quite shocking. Whiplash is the word that comes to mind. In my mind, there is definitely a conspiracy theory component lurking in the back ground for these folks.

This is helpful. The issue is with someone who seems like a "falsely empowered co-dependent", someone who offers a lot of advice and gifts that, in the end, have strings attached. The message is " look what I have done for you, what I have given. Therefor, you should respect, love, reward me."

I can understand that. I have had instances when I have allowed inward pressure to come outward in snarky remarks toward my staff. I have to ask myself, "What emotions am I holding onto? What could I hand off? Am I feeling resentful or righteous?" By sitting with my feelings, I can let them go.

What if you believe that someone in your sphere has ulterior motives or has narcissistic tendencies? I find it challenging to fund trust with this person.

I signed up for the in person course. I also studied with Susan Hess. I am excited to dive back into the herbal remedy space.

Wish I knew about this years ago. I am in full menopause at this point and still have hot flashes.
