I’m going through a similar process and it’s so nice to lean into things that bring me joy. I have a very soft blanket that I like to put it over my knees. I used to feel guilty doing this. (Lounging during the day was “lazy”.)

We tie fishing line to the top of the tree and attach it to a nail in the wall. Doesn’t keep him from getting in the tree but at least keeps the whole tree from coming down! 😂

Sorry Rose got distracted. I agree that there are many different nd “types.” In fact two in my household now and many in my extended family. The meltdowns were always called temper tantrums. I’m just starting to understand these with my adult daughter who lives with me.
