What has history taught us about this? The opposition that acts in their self intrest trying to please the oligarchs help fascists stay in power. Look at the polling numbers for the party. Democrats aren't liked. You have to abandon the oligarchs.

Imagine where we would be and what could have been accomplished if you had listened to the people who reward Sanders AOC Mamdani and other progressives with loyalty and popularity. Instead we have a democratic party that refuses to turn from the donors and embrace populism fully

He had a lot of intelligence and public support due to charisma he definitely could have accomplished more. He still is a great orator. We need an FDR style democratic party now. The times call for it

He was a centrist democrat governed as a moderate republican. The conservatives plan he used to build the ACA on funneled money to the private health insurance industry. By legislating people do business Wuthering them and sending tax credits. It was a gift of reliable income for the middlemen

I agree veterans earn every benefit they deny them with funding cuts. Honestly though I will feel better when I know they are going to stand with us and for the constitution when the time comes

Obama had the charisma and the political capital he could have done it. He didn't have the will. There is an interview in which he admitted he governed as a republican. It was in his agenda to weaken social security
