I found them. I bought an A class tool. Forgot to switch back to my advanced tool. Wasn't getting the full effect on the secondary tool.

So Today I have been to my CD farm twice. Supposed to get 17000 runaways...but only get 7000...my 9999 brick just gone before I ever telly out. Did this twice this morning.
