I'm not saying bfa is some kind of gem either, it had promise and underdelivered on almost everything (and then fully spiraled downwards with nazjatar), but it wasn't as actively ruinous as some of the things we've gotten since.

I view SL as far more damaging to the overall setting, w/ ACTUAL retcons while DF (and to a lesser extent TWW) actively took existing concepts and drove them to the ground. Dragons, Gilneas, the titans, the tyr's guard, they weren't retcons but VERY poor continuations of stories that made them less

As others have mentioned, SL was a major low point in the sfory, and DF still made some VERY questionable choices, all of which under his supervision. It was already known back then it's not just him to blame, but you can't be steering the ship and also not be responsible for where it's headed

Damn, that's one of the things I was concerned about for RP reasons (like keeping different weapons on a character). Tho it's good that there's no need for e.g. a whole separate outfit without the helmet.

So if you want to swap between outfits, you still have to pay (and quite a lot more by the looks of it)? They just preserve the outfit even if you take off the items?
