Those that moved to Queensland who are now disappointed because they cant find a house that is reasonably priced, might re relocate to Melbourne.

We’re over the halfway point of the term. It’s seems a regular pattern for increased virus, covid, flu, rsv and everything in between for some time now by this point. Holiday break and then do it again!

Benefits only developers and investors who focus on high end housing. The body corp fees alone lock out young people trying to buy a first home. They are not looking for swimming pools, gyms & lifts which add cost. Ban airbnb and superfunds with more than one property in their portfolio.

To be fair, Brisbane never did. It’s the rest of Queensland who believed his lies. The shit development plans are forever changing Brisbane. It’s not about the people and LNP don’t care, because they can’t lose votes in Brisbane when they didn’t have them.

😄 sounds like we have similar friends. One just had Influenza A and B and Pneumonia. Ended up in hospital for 2 weeks. Wont think that this could be a result of repeat Covid 😞

I know many who have super funds invested in property also. 1 investment property is enough including for super funds.

My 27yo has PMDD. It’s quite life affecting and treatment and knowledge is vague at best. Hopeful of increasing awareness to provide solutions.

I saw someone improved his posters and stuck Nuclear ☢️ stickers for Ted’s eyes. Sadly, he was still voted in. Too many retired white folk with money around the Sunshine Coast. Tis a shame.
