No? I read from the UN pamphlet to learn what genocide is. There are many actions that can be considered genocide. What makes it genocide is the explicit targeting of civilians. The pamphlet which I will share, specifies that random bombs don't even classify.

The Big Lie is typically associated with fascism. And it's typically a tool of fascists, so it's usually the left that employs the term. It's a very real phenomenon though.
